In the Computer Science package, students will learn to use Scratch, a software used to get beginners thinking like programmers and to help instill programming logic and thinking. This software includes a custom programming language developed by MIT that makes it easy for students to tell stories, make animations, and create games. Throughout the course, students will learn how to animate their name, build a maze game, and build pong using Scratch.

The Computer Science Package has an encouraged donation amount of $50. The class is free, however, a donation is strongly encouraged as philanthropy is what keeps this project going.

The class takes place 10:00-11:30am, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of the week of your choosing. This class will be held virtually given current restrictions.
